The Jenson Family : Panama City Beach, FL Family Photographer

Just a couple days prior to the Jenson Family meeting with me for family pictures I was the wedding photographer to one of the Jenson daughters.  See here. Mama wanted to make sure before everyone drove home that she got a family picture.

We arrived and there were some nasty clouds but my instincts said it would pass quickly….wrong.  I am usually so good about being able to judge the weather.  It stayed.  The rain wasn’t bad but enough to show some droplets on shirts.  We took shelter under the pier at St. Andrew’s and would venture out for quick shots out by the water.  I thought it turned out well despite the weather.

According to mama though this is a typical Jenson Family portrait.  Something always goes wrong.  She was telling me of a trip oversees where they were just trying to get all the kids to smile at the photographer and right when they finally did the table they were all sitting on fell apart.  I laughed but I am sure at the time it wasn’t funny.  Honestly despite the weather I think we got some amazing shots.
